Dear Neighbors and Friends of Green Hills Park:


Time to “park” yourself for some fun! The magic of the (now!) annual Green Hills Park Festival is about to happen.

With the help of sponsors and volunteers, the Green Hills Park Festival has been a success since it began in 2016. It’s a celebration of the beauty of our nearby open green-space park, where we walk, play, and connect with each other as a neighborhood.

Now for the third edition. The 2018 festival is set for Saturday, September 15, at 5 p.m.  Like last year, we will offer a beer garden, obstacle course, vendors, food trucks, desserts and a family-friendly movie and popcorn at sunset.

New additions this year: 
  • Walk/Bike Nashville will have a bike rodeo to teach kids riding safety and skills (bring their bikes & helmets!)
  • Football! A screen will be onsite to show a college football game.  

And, our fun will create more fun! Proceeds from the festival benefit the 501(c)(3) non-profit Friends of Green Hills Park, for exciting park projects such as stumps and logs to play on, bike racks, benches and flower gardens, beautifying the entrance, and outdoor fitness equipment​.
