Park Cleanup April 22, Festival Sept. 16, and Little Library coming to the Park

Save the date:

• Green Hills Park is participating in the Mayor's Spring Clean on April 22.  Join us at 9:00 am that morning, near the entrance, to spruce up the Park.  Metro Public Works will supply trash bags and gloves.

This year's Green Hills Festival will be held on September 16, 2017.  Like last year, we'll have vendors, food trucks, and a movie.  If you have ideas for new vendors, activities, or wish to become a sponsor, please let us know.

• Big thanks to Parnassus Books, who has agreed to sponsor a Little Free Library in the Park.  We're working with the Parks Dept. on choosing the exact location and installation.
• The Green Hills Girls' Softball League is raising money for a batting cage that will be located near the entrance of Green Hills Park.  Their website has a Paypal link for accepting donations, if you wish to contribute to the league.
